About TPSClear
TPSClear solves a specific UK problem: calling a number on the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) or Corporate TPS (CTPS) register without consent is a PECR breach, and since 5 February 2026 the ICO can fine up to GBP 17.5 million or 4% of global turnover.
Most teams either screen nothing or upload CSVs to a bureau and wait. TPSClear screens inside the CRM instead. The moment a phone number is added or changed on a HubSpot contact or company, or a Zoho CRM lead, contact or account, the verdict is written back to the record within seconds. Every number is re-screened 27 days after its last check.
The verdict lands on a normal CRM field, so it works in lists, workflows, sequences and reports, with a separate result for each phone field. Voll Studios Ltd, the company behind TPSClear, is licensed by the DMA as a TPS and CTPS list cleaner. Register data is supplied through our licensed data partners.

"Reliable, easy TPS & CTPS screening built right into HubSpot" Posted 2026-10-12
Pros: Quick to set up, with flexible configuration for running automated screens based on different conditions. If you’d rather not automate, the workflow action lets you screen contacts however you like. It’s been tagging our contacts accurately for the few weeks we’ve been using it.
Cons: No real downsides so far. It’s only been a few weeks, so we’ll update this review if anything comes up.
Overall: TPSClear made PECR compliance effortless for us without slowing down our daily workflows, and it has made managing our deal pipeline much easier. Good for any UK team making calls from HubSpot.
