Pros: The team responds incredibly fast and is personal and ambitious. They also give useful advice: they suggested loading the editor in an iframe instead of a redirect, and they're working on a smoother mobile flow. When our pages loaded slowly, they cut load time from about 7 seconds to 0.5 seconds within one day. Our customers can design their logo on products online, which is the core of our promotional products marketplace.

Cons: It's not yet possible to create a product in FastEditor ourselves from arbitrary photos. Being able to upload our own product images and turn them into customizable products would be a great addition for us.

Overall: We use FastEditor for PromoBuddy, our Dutch marketplace for promotional products, where buyers can put their logo on products and order directly. What stands out most is the people behind it. They respond quickly, think along with you and help you shape your platform, not just the FastEditor part but the bigger picture too. Highly recommended for anyone selling customizable products.

Pros: We use it for the webshops of many distributors; it is a perfect and easy solution to create printready artwork. Both end customers and the distributors themselves can easily add their logo and fully personalise the product. This simplifies and speeds up the process from the customer placing an order to the supplier delivering the goods.

Cons: Not all products we sell are currently available in FastEditor. This means we sometimes still need to create artwork and digital proofs manually. Expanding the product catalogue would make the tool even more useful for our daily operations.
