About Denize
Denize is cloud accounts payable software for U.S. construction companies using QuickBooks Online, Intuit Enterprise Suite or Procore. It captures supplier invoices and receipts from email, uploads and photos, reads invoice lines, suggests job and cost-code allocations, and matches invoices with purchase orders. AP teams review coding alongside source documents and route invoices for approval. For QuickBooks workflows, project managers can approve bills in Denize, and approved invoices are posted as QuickBooks bills with the original document attached. For Procore, Denize prepares Direct Costs and commitment invoices, including Schedule of Values allocations, for review and submission. Invoice Check compares vendor-entered Procore pay applications and bills with attached PDFs and flags discrepancies for review. Denize supports invoice processing and approval workflows; it does not make payments.
