Pros: Excellent customer service I like all the tools and resources that was provided and the feedback and support that they provide is exceptional.
Cons: The General upkeep of my website but the team is willing to help me get through those changes.
Overall: My overall experience is great from the initial meeting to the customer service and support throughout the process whenever there's an issue is a great tool to have.

Pros: Coming from a platform where I had to do everything myself, CoachIQ opened my eyes to how much can be taken off your plate so you have more time to actually run your business. They build and manage your website, help you create smooth onboarding flows, and make transactions seamless, all while leaving your clients with a great experience.
Cons: The one con I have is that their calendar cannot sync with other calendars you already use. When a client books, you set your open hours in CoachIQ, but it does not account for prior obligations sitting on a personal calendar. Running multiple businesses, that is a big priority for me, but if that is the only thing I can complain about, they are doing a pretty good job.
Overall: The team at CoachIQ is extremely helpful and will talk through different scenarios to guide you toward the right decision for your business. What sealed the deal for me is that they use the platform for their own businesses outside of CoachIQ, so they have been through the process and know firsthand what works. Overall, if you are like me and have hit the ceiling of administrative work, scheduling headaches, and a jumbled mess of products, give them a chance to show you how they can elevate your business.

Pros: Everything is streamlined for scheduling, billing, booking and for new leads. CoachIQ is literally saving me 7-8 per week on average.
Cons: Wish I had found CoachIQ sooner. I searched and sampled a few different companies and I couldn't be happier.
Overall: The team at CoachIQ is amazing. So helpful and I can't recommend CoachIQ enough! My website alone was a HUGE upgrade, and the fact that leads are sorted and go through a process before I even talk with them saves me time and money.

Pros: Once I got an understanding of how everything works, it was very easy to add and make changes. Plus while I was starting up, the team was VERY helpful, patient, and understanding. I’ve recommended y’all’s services to every trainer I come in contact with. Plus the additional resources like the podcast has helped me to think of ways for expansion.
Cons: My pay date came up and I didn’t have the money in the right account at the time of renewal. I felt like it just immediately cut off service instead of a heads up.
Overall: Everything that yall have to offer has tremendous boosted the business side of my operations. I previously got cool with Brandon before reaching out to yall and this is the reason my business has been able to see growth so quickly.
