This is a fork of the PHPNetemGUI originally developed by BT.

PHPNetemGUI2 is a web based user interface for the Netem network emulation tool in Linux. It allows you to easily add and modify any combintion of network emulation rules such as packet delay, loss, duplication and bandwidth control.
