    dockerize

    dockerize

Utility to simplify running applications in docker containers

Utility to simplify running applications in docker containers. dockerize is a utility to simplify running applications in docker containers. It allows you to generate application configuration files at container startup time from templates and container environment variables. generate application configuration files at container startup time from templates and container environment variables. Wait for other services to be available using TCP, HTTP(S), unix before starting the main process. The typical use case for dockerize is when you have an application that has one or more configuration files and you would like to control some of the values using environment variables. Another use case is when the application logs to specific files on the filesystem and not stdout or stderr. This makes it difficult to troubleshoot the container using the docker logs command.

    Ethr

    Ethr

Ethr is a comprehensive network measurement tool for TCP, UDP & ICMP

Ethr is a cross-platform network performance measurement tool written in golang. The goal of this project is to provide a native tool for comprehensive network performance measurements of bandwidth, connections/s, packets/s, latency, loss & jitter, across multiple protocols such as TCP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, and across multiple platforms such as Windows, Linux and other Unix systems. Ethr takes inspiration from existing open-source network performance tools and builds upon those ideas. For Bandwidth measurement, it is similar to iPerf3, for TCP & UDP traffic. iPerf3 has many more options for doing such as throttled testing, richer feature set, while Ethr has support for multiple threads, which allows it to scale to 1024 or even higher number of connections, multiple clients communication to a single server etc. For latency measurements, it is similar to latte on Windows or sockperf on Linux.

    linux process explorer
Project continued at github, see https://github.com/wolfc01/procexp/blob/master/README.md Graphical process explorer for Linux. Shows process information: process tree, TCP IP connections and graphical performance figures for processes. Aims to mimic Windows procexp from sysinternals, and aims to be more usable than top and ps, especially for advanced users. Audience for this tool: * Advanced system administrators trying to analyze on process level what is going on in a production server; * Software developers analyzing the troughput of their process: e.g. TCP throughput, memory usage, memory leaks; The most advanced feature is the monitoring of TCP/IP traffic figures, for each SINGLE process (actual connections and throughput). As far as known no other tool has this capability. In the process tree, use the right mouse button to monitor process details.

    "Slow CPU" Emulator

    "Slow CPU" Emulator

Slows down any given Windows process (written in C#)

"Slow CPU" Emulator is useful for slowing down games, testing how applications deal with lag, and/or reducing the overall CPU usage of a specified process. Simply tell the emulator the update interval and speed percentage, and witness your application slowing down to the specified speed live! The code is written in C# for Windows and is extremely robust, flexible and stable, and has been tested very thoroughly. I apologise in advance for the code not being very readable, sometimes spaghetti code is more optimised code. ;) If you encounter any issues, do not hesitate to tell me. :) License: MS-PL Do whatever you want with the code. Credit would be nice, but definitely not required. I am not responsible for any undesired or unintended effects that may (most probably won't) come up as a result of using the application.

    ApproxAdderLib

    Library of Approximate Adders

We provide MATLAB and Verilog Models of GeAr, and previously proposed adders (ACA-I, ETAII, ACA-II and GDA) at http://sourceforge.net/projects/approxadderlib/ GeAr is a low latency Generic Accuracy Configurable Adder that provides a higher number of potential configurations compared to state-of-the-art approximate adders, thus enabling a high degree of flexibility and trade-off between performance and output quality. These MATALB and Verilog models can allow software programmer as well as hardware designers to evaluate their code and design. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first open-source library of approximate adders that facilitates reproducible comparisons and further research and development in this direction across various layers of design abstraction. This work is a result of collaborative effort between Chair for Embedded Systems (CES) at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany and Vision Image and Signal Processing (VISpro) Lab at SEECS-NUST, Pakistan.
