We process voice data and audio recordings solely to convert spoken notes into text. Microphone access is requested and activated only with your permission.

If you don’t provide your personal information to us, you may not be able to access or use our Service or your experience of using our Service may not be as enjoyable.

(b) Information we receive from third-party applications

We may receive information about you from third parties. For example:

If you access the Service through a third-party connection or log-in, e.g., Facebook, Google, and Discord Connect, we may receive information such as the user ID associated with your account. You may also unlink your third-party account from the Service by adjusting your settings on the third-party service.

We could receive data from third-party applications if you choose to integrate these to enhance your workflow, share to social media, or incorporate elements into your designs.

(c) Information we receive from other third parties

We obtain information through sources like public domains, social media platforms, and data providers. We use this to understand your profile and interests for personalized services.

Third party AI tools: Certain AI-powered features of our app rely on third-party service providers. In particular, when users use audio to text notes, voice data may be processed by OpenAI and AssemblyAI solely to generate transcripts, notes summaries, and other AI-powered outputs within the app. We apply appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect data during this process.

This app uses AI technologies to generate content for educational, informational, and personal use. While designed to be helpful, AI outputs may sometimes be incomplete or inaccurate. Users should review and verify the information before relying on it.

Google Calendar: The app offers a calendar integration feature that allows users to view meeting dates and create meeting notes and transcripts. Access to Google Calendar is enabled only with the user’s explicit consent. The relevant data is processed solely for the above-stated purposes. Users can disconnect their calendar anytime and appropriate data protection measures are implemented.

(d) Information we collect from you automatically

We collect analytics data to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service.

(e) Cookies information

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use cookies to support site functionality, remember your preferences, and improve your browsing experience.
