This needs to land before whatwg/html-build#63 lands. |
This moves all entity-related files to https://github.com/whatwg/html-build. It is part of a larger changed discussed in whatwg/html-build#62 to make building the HTML standard easier and require dedicated issues for changing the entities and CLDR data that are used by the HTML standard.

I guess people will get a rather mysterious error if they haven't updated their html-build. Better fix whatwg/html-build#53 quickly so it doesn't happen over and over again. |

This stores all the entity data together with the source document.
We’ll only update it based on an issue report and agreement by vendors
to change the set of entities they support rather than taking any
changes made to unicode.xml without vetting.
