Fast blocks for zkSync v29 upgrade
As of the v29 upgrade released this week, zk stack chains have the ability to use faster block times than the default 1 second. As of now, zkSync Era, Abstract and Sophon have opted in to faster block times (200ms per block)
Updates the following chain definitions to use 200ms as the default block time, while leaving the default zk stack chainConfig at 1 second:
