Description

This PR documents VAT/Tax handling for Strapi Cloud, following the rollout of tax compliance:

  • Add a new "Taxes" subsection to the Usage & Billing page explaining that local taxes may apply based on billing address and VAT/Tax ID status.
  • Rewrite the billing step of the project creation flow to reflect the new layout: separate payment method and billing information steps, a note on EU/UK/US tax behavior, proration context, and the renamed "Subscribe" button.
  • Update the environment creation procedure in project settings to reflect the new 2-step flow (setup, then checkout with applicable taxes and proration).
  • Update Cloud screenshots.
