If the email activation fails to send for example, we shouldn't create a stripe id. That should be the last step after everything internal has been confirmed.

We should roll everything back if any hiccup is encountered. Currently we leave the database in a weird state, user "gamesguru" exists but he doesn't have an email or activation token.
