GitHub Enterprise should allow multiple servers

I have two different GitHub Enterprise accounts and need to use each on different extensions (namely, GitHub Copilot and GitHub Pull Requests), but because the GitHub-enterprise.Uri setting only allows one server to be specified, this isn't possible.

Architecturally this is quite challenging... but it's something I would like to support.

Same here - cannot use "Copy GitHub Head Link" because I have to set the URI to a different server (providing the Copilot account) than the actual repository.
