mainly wanted to try on it for pass on finally making test cases for webusb, but gave some leeway / most of docs/webusb-reliability.md is a response to list of things i noted to be careful on / double check / etc.
mostly stashing for the moment but will test with devices to see if actually works any nicer with the changes; skimmed individual part look reasonable looking at it but also just a lot. Figured it was another case for an attempt, since webusb known stack / have full info on uf2 / hardware / lots of little notes on why things were as they were
