Copilot Model List Update

Keeps the model catalog in src/inspect/catalog.rs current with the models
available through the Copilot API proxy.

Changes

Added:
None.

Removed:

  • claude-opus-4.7

Note on default model selection

This PR does not change default model selection in src/engine.rs. ado-aw
does not pass --model unless front matter explicitly sets engine.model, so
the installed Copilot CLI chooses its own default.

Source

Models read from the AWF api-proxy /reflect endpoint inside the agent
sandbox (copilot provider), which reports the models actually reachable by
this workflow's engine.

This PR was opened automatically by the Copilot model list updater workflow.
