These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bubbl mobile application, widgets, and website (together, the “Service”), operated by Bubbl (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. About the Service

Bubbl lets you create expressive notes (“Bubbls”) and share them with the audience you choose, such as a close friend, a community, or everyone, and display them through home screen widgets where supported. Feature availability may differ between iOS and Android and by country.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, to use Bubbl.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the Service, such as storing, formatting, and delivering your Bubbls to the audience you selected.
You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to post it.
You control who sees each Bubbl through the audience settings. Respect the audiences others choose for their content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Among other things, you must not:

Post content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with them.
Attempt to access another user’s account, or probe, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
Use automated means to create accounts, post content, or collect information from the Service without our written permission.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as expressly permitted.

5. Connections and communities

Some Bubbl features limit how many close connections you can have. Invitations and community membership require the other person’s consent through the app. We may remove connections or content that violate these Terms or that put users’ safety at risk.

6. Purchases

Certain features may be offered as in-app purchases handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those purchases are billed by the store and are subject to the store’s payment terms. Prices and availability may change, and refunds follow the store’s policies unless required by law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, logos, text, and graphics, is owned by Bubbl or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding except to use the Service as provided.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or remove content, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the safety and integrity of the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the app or by contacting support@getbubbl.app.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, give notice in the app or on the website. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence provide otherwise.
