These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of tickets and attendance at Flutter & Friends 2026 (the "Event"), organized by SIA Flutter&Friends ("we", "us", "the organizers"). By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event you agree to these terms.

2. Ticket Purchases
2.1 Purchase Process
Tickets are purchased through our secure payment provider, Stripe. A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. Keep this confirmation — it serves as proof of purchase.
2.2 Prices
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include 25% Swedish VAT. Under EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC (Article 53 for business buyers, Article 54 for consumers), admission to events is taxed at the place where the event takes place, so every ticket is subject to Swedish VAT regardless of the buyer's country of residence. Full payment is required at the time of purchase — there are no deposits or installment plans. Prices are fixed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change ticket prices before your purchase is completed.
Your booking confirmation email is your receipt for the purchase and includes our Swedish VAT registration number (SE502101402101). Businesses requiring a proper VAT invoice (faktura) for their accounting should contact us at [email protected].
2.3 Ticket Types
- Conference Ticket — access to the main conference day (Fri), social day (Thu), and the Friday after-party.
- Conference + Workshop Bundle — access to the main conference day plus the hands-on workshop day (Sat).
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by Attendee
- Cancellations received more than 60 days before the Event are eligible for a full refund minus a €15 processing fee.
- Cancellations received 30–60 days before the Event are eligible for a 50 % refund.
- Cancellations received fewer than 30 days before the Event are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
3.2 Ticket Transfers
You may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional charge up to 7 days before the Event. Contact us with the transferee's full name and email address.
3.3 Cancellation by the Organizers
If the Event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, government restrictions, etc.) we will offer a full refund or credit toward a future event. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs incurred.
3.4 14-day Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 16(l) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in Sweden as distansavtalslagen (SFS 2005:59) 2 kap. 11 § punkt 12), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to ticket purchases for events with a specified date of performance. Our voluntary refund policy in §3.1–3.3 applies instead.
4. Code of Conduct
Flutter & Friends is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or technology preferences.
Expected behaviour:
- Be respectful and considerate.
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour.
- Alert organizers if you observe a code of conduct violation.
Unacceptable behaviour includes (but is not limited to): harassment, intimidation, discrimination, unwelcome physical contact, and sustained disruption of sessions.
Participants who violate the code of conduct may be asked to leave the Event without refund. Serious violations will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
5. Photography & Media
The Event will be photographed and recorded. By attending you consent to your likeness appearing in event photos and videos that may be published on our website and social media channels. If you have objections please notify a staff member on-site.
6. Liability
The organizers take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of all participants. However, we are not liable for:
- Personal injury or property damage at the Event unless caused by our negligence.
- Loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Costs incurred due to changes in the programme (speakers, sessions, timings).
7. Programme Changes
Speakers and sessions are subject to change. We will make every effort to communicate changes promptly, but we do not guarantee that the programme as published will be delivered in full.
8. Venue Rules
Attendees must comply with all venue rules at Södra Teatern and any other venue used during the Event. The Friday after-party at Södra Teatern is subject to Swedish law — bags larger than an A5 sheet are not permitted inside the venue.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
