    Pros: The Support team stands behind their product. If there is a feature that we would like, the support team makes it happen.

    Cons: I have nothing negative to say about this product.

    Overall: I am very happy we signed up with the Datagate product. We were able to take the various voice platforms and bill them under one umbrella.
