AFileManager is a native file-management application developed for AROS and built on top of AROSA, an emerging application platform focused on reusable services, configurable user interfaces, modern presentation capabilities, and native integration with the AROS operating system.
This public preview represents the first major demonstration of both AFileManager and the underlying AROSA platform.
While AFileManager is a practical file-management application in its own right, it also serves as a large-scale consumer of the platform technologies being developed beneath it. The goal is not simply to create another file manager, but to validate a broader application architecture for AROS and future Amiga-inspired systems.
