Every outcome matters.   And while AI adoption is accelerating, oversight isn’t always keeping pace — with recent research suggesting over half of employees are already using AI tools without approval.   That’s why trust—not technology—is what determines what actually works.   Read the insight → https://lnkd.in/eH3CZscR   #PublicServices #AIGovernance #CreatingBetter

We're proud to support our partner, The Foundation for Education Development (FED), on the launch of its 2026 National Education Report: Belonging, Capacity & Coherence. The report highlights a clear message from across the education sector: delivering meaningful change requires greater belonging, capacity and coherence. These themes resonate strongly with the challenges and opportunities we see across schools, trusts and local authorities. Congratulations to FED on an important contribution to the future of education. Great to be part of the conversations taking place at Local Government Chronicle Digital Futures 2026 today as local government continues to explore how AI can drive better outcomes for citizens and services. Capita is proud to be contributing with Tiina Stephens Stephens, Director of AI Engineering, and Sam Young, Digital Opportunities Director, sharing practical insights and real-world experience on how organisations can move beyond AI experimentation and into delivering measurable impact. As the focus shifts from potential to implementation, it’s clear that successful AI adoption is about more than technology alone — combining the right data, governance, skills and operating models to create lasting value. Looking forward to continuing the conversation with local government leaders on how AI can help transform service delivery while maintaining trust, transparency and accountability. #LGCDigitalFutures #AI #LocalGovernment #DigitalTransformation #PublicSector

It was a huge honour to represent Capita at the Cosford Air Show yesterday, meeting up with many familiar faces and getting to know some new ones. Capita provides sponsorship to the RAF's Gliding Club so it was fantastic to see how the funding is supporting new recruits with developing the confidence and skills to be able to participate in this fascinating sport. The gliding demonstration, performed in front of 50,000 people, was flown by 22 year old Bradley Lesley-Kemp, a trainee aircraft technician who is soon to be posted to RAF Lossiemouth, what a start to his military service! Brad was 'buzzing' after a flight that would have left me feeling very sick! An added bonus to the day was being able to catch up with our fire fighters who as always were the unsung heroes, providing the essential support that enabled the day to go ahead. #proud #cosfordairshow #capita #rafglidingclub

  • June marks Pride Month - a time to reflect on LGBTQ+ progress, celebrate community, and continue building a more inclusive future 🌈 This Pride Month, our Rainbow Alliance Network has organised a programme of events designed to support learning, encourage conversation, and build community - from expert-led discussions to collaborative sessions across our colleague networks. Sophie Davis, Chair of Capita's Rainbow Alliance Network said: "Pride is the word that best captures how I feel about chairing our Rainbow Alliance Network. For many people, being open about who they are can still feel challenging, especially in the workplace. That’s why it means so much to be part of an organisation that doesn’t simply just accept diversity, but actively celebrates and champions it. Whether Pride Month is a protest or a celebration, I like to think of it as a bit of both. Living openly and proudly in our LGBTQ+ identities, in our personal and professional lives, is a something of a protest in itself, and coming together as an organisation to work towards lasting change is worth celebrating." At Capita, we’re proud to stand with our LGBTQ+ colleagues. Not only in celebration, but in allyship. We’re creating a culture where #EveryoneIsValued and colleagues feel able to be themselves, every day. Wishing everyone celebrating a happy Pride Month! 🏳️🌈 #PrideMonth #Inclusion #Diversity
