Expanding in Switzerland. Building across Europe. Numa signed its first Basel property, 60 keys, built with Ecoreal Schweizerische Immobilien Anlagestiftung, designed by Monoplan. That takes the platform past 11,000 units in 42 cities across 15 countries. It's Numa's second Swiss city after Zurich. Basel has the same corporate travel and life sciences base that made Zurich work. The building was designed by Monoplan around Numa's model from the start, so the digital layer isn't retrofitted, it's part of how the place was built. Numa is looking for the next deal: investors, developers, property owners, in Switzerland and across Europe for its brands Numa & Native Places. Thank you to our partners from ECOREAL Schweizerische Immobilien Anlagestiftung , Monoplan AG and R2 Partners who helped make the project possible. #Numa #Switzerland #Basel #Hospitality #RealEstate #UrbanHospitality #PropTech
Always interesting to see hospitality concepts designed around the operating model from day one.
Awesome addition! Can't wait 🇨🇭 .
Awesome!
What about Budapest?
Perfect. I love Switzerland and the Numa concept having more options is great news. Wishing you continued success and many happy guests! 👍🇨🇭
Willkomme wieder i der Schwiiz 🇨🇭
Congratulations to the Numa team on another milestone. Expanding into a new market is one thing. Repeating a successful operating model across multiple cities and countries is where the real complexity begins. As portfolios grow, consistency becomes one of the hardest assets to protect. Technology can standardise many processes, but long-term value is created when the guest experience, operational quality and commercial performance scale just as reliably as the footprint. That's what turns expansion into a durable competitive advantage.
