Would you try this? If yes, what topics would you want to discuss? The "Unpopular Ride" brings strangers with opposing views together on a tram ride. The mission: listen, discuss and understand each other before the final stop. The project is one example of how young journalists in the Western Balkans are reconnecting across borders through innovative media projects. It was developed through the "NextGen Media Lab," an initiative under the "Innovation. Media. Minds." program funded by the European Union and managed by the Goethe-Institut e.V. in collaboration with DW Akademie. Cross-border collaboration does more than create media projects. It breaks bubbles, builds understanding and reminds young people that they are not alone, as one of Unpopular Ride's creators, journalist Antonela Martinovic from RTCG - Radio Televizija Crne Gore said: "We realized how similar our problems actually are, no matter where we come from.
