A recent HR Dive article highlights Aquent’s 2026 Salary Guide, showing a growing pay divide as AI-driven roles surge. Machine Learning Engineers saw 6% salary growth—more than double that of more traditional roles. As our Founder & CEO John H. Chuang says: “The fastest growing salaries are for roles that combine technical depth with the ability to apply AI at scale.” The message is clear: AI skills are reshaping compensation and the future of work. #AI #FutureOfWork #SalaryTrends #SalaryGuide

AI isn’t coming. It’s already here, and it’s changing how we work. A study by Harvard Business School found that using GPT-4 led to: 📈 +12.2% increase in productivity ⚡ +25.1% faster task completion ⭐ +40% improvement in quality Let that sink in. This isn’t about replacing people. It’s about amplifying what we can do. In roles like payroll, HR, and operations, where accuracy and speed matter, AI isn’t a threat. It’s an advantage. The real shift? Not “Will AI take my job?” But “Am I learning to work with it?” Because the future belongs to people who know how to use these tools—not fear them. I’ve started integrating AI into how I work, and honestly… it’s made me more efficient, more curious, and more impactful. Are you using AI in your day-to-day work yet? #AI #FutureOfWork #Productivity #HR #Payroll #CareerGrowth

Salary matters, but is it enough to secure the right candidate? From what we’re seeing, it’s not. Compensation might get you into the conversation, but it’s rarely what closes it. What increasingly shapes decisions are factors like the challenges of the role, the maturity of the AI infrastructure, and how AI fits into the wider business and its goals. In a competitive AI and machine learning market, that clarity is often what sets one opportunity apart from another. We’ve explored how this is playing out in our latest blog, along with other hiring trends we’re seeing across the UK and US markets. 🎯 Your instructions ARE your agent. Not your code. Not your config. Just a text file that defines everything. Most agents feel like a fancy search bar because the instructions are vague. "Help users with HR stuff" doesn't cut it. I use a 5-part framework every time: Role, Tone, Scope, Guardrails, Response Format. 💡 The difference? An agent that redirects salary questions to HR vs. one that confidently makes up numbers. 25 lines of text. Production-grade behavior 👇 https://lnkd.in/eBgPwb9g #Microsoft365 #CopilotAgents #AI #ProCode

As much as I love getting lost in the data, it’s been wonderful to be more engaged in the Energy space this week, learning from others and reconnecting with incredible professionals. I met some lovely folks at the WEN lunch discussing the The US Energy Workforce Transformation and I got to check in with coworkers from Hess both over the phone and at a fantastic happy hour. It’s no surprise that AI was a frequent topic of conversation everywhere. What did come as a pleasant surprise was how easily (and passionately!) I could talk about using AI tools in day-to-day HR. · When the topic is speedy adoption, I can frame the risk and urge caution around keeping a human in the loop, quality prompting, bias control, output review, etc. · When the topic is how to get started, I've got frameworks to break the job down, pick a suitable project and make it a winner. I'm halfway through a continuing education course on the subject and it was exciting to see how much it's already jumped into my everyday conversation. I’ve learned how to pick a pilot and ensure proper guardrails and have created several drafts for repeatable documents like onboarding communications and FAQs. I understand how to use AI in different ways to speed up content creation, get a thought partner and a gap analysis, and ensure the tone is right for the audience. I hadn’t realized how far I’d come and it was exciting to see my learning make the leap into real life. I can't wait to see what I can bring to the table in just a few more weeks! Next up: building a Working AI Assistant for HR! Want to talk about what I’m learning? Or share what you’re already doing? Let’s chat!

It’s easy to think AI is just for tech experts on massive salaries, but the truth is a bit closer to home. The FT found 60% of top earners use AI daily, compared to just 16% of everyone else. That's a promotion gap waiting to happen. You don't need to be a tech whizz to keep up. Just start giving AI your boring admin and messy first drafts. You don't have to move fast, you just can't stand still. What’s one task you’re handing over to AI this week? Let me know below! 👇 #CareerAdvice #ArtificialIntelligence #FutureOfWork #WorkplaceWellbeing #Productivity
