The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding exceptional talent across ARDEX Americas. This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to supporting new hire onboarding and orientation. In addition, the role provides administrative support for employee development, engagement, and People & Culture initiatives, helping create a positive experience for candidates and employees alike.


Located at our woodland campus complete with walking trails and free parking - 400 ARDEX Park Drive, Center Township, PA 15001. Standard office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with flexible work initiatives available following a successful training period.

What You'll Do



  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for hourly and salaried positions across ARDEX Americas, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
  • Represent ARDEX at career fairs, technical schools, colleges, and community recruiting events, building talent pipelines and promoting ARDEX as an employer of choice.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies, leverage social media and professional networks, and support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview processes, and provide hiring managers with candidate recommendations and interview feedback.
  • Prepare employment offers and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, reference checks, employment verifications, and onboarding requirements in compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Administer onboarding activities for new hires across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, including orientation schedules, employee orientations, and new hire support.
  • Maintain recruitment, onboarding, and employee records within HRIS and applicant tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support employee engagement, development, recognition programs, training events, and other People & Culture initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, track recruiting metrics, and provide administrative support to the HR team on special projects and business initiatives.


What You'll Bring


We're looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and creating a positive experience for both candidates and employees.



  • 1+ years of recruitment experience, including candidate interviewing and coordination
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting activities and onboarding processes
  • Experience working with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and partner effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and employees at all levels
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance practices preferred
  • Social media recruiting and employer branding experience is a plus
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
  • A proactive, adaptable, customer-service focused approach with a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to undertake occasional local travel

Requirements


  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel – mostly locally
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
