DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day Human Resources operations to help deliver an exceptional employee experience. This role will play a key part in supporting HR processes, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating programs and communications, and ensuring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, polished, and able to communicate effectively with employees and leaders across all levels of the organization.

CORE AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Support HR operations and administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination the hire process, conducting background and reference checks
  • Prepare employee documentation, including change forms, letters, reports, and employee verifications
  • Maintain accurate HR records, files, systems, and reporting while supporting compliance, audits, and benefit administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support employee engagement initiative, performance review processes, surveys and learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and Nectar
  • Prepare excel reports for management
  • Assist with EEOC, Workers Compensation, and 5500 audits
  • Serve as a resource for employees inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
  • Maintain organizational charts
  • Process employee verification of employment (VOE)
  • Partner with Payroll and Benefits Manager and SVP of People and Culture to support HR initiatives, process improvements, and special projects


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, HR coordination, or related field
  • Experience supporting full cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administrative functions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS Systems, and payroll systems
  • Experience preparing HR reports and analyzing employee data using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
  • Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, audits, and performance review processes
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and solve problems while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the organization
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make sound decisions within defined guidelines
  • Preferred experience with HR and employee engagement platforms including Paycor, Nectar, KnowBe4, LinkedIn Learning, and LinkedIn Recruiting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
