Junior Graphic Designer
Location: Framingham, MA
Schedule: Hybrid (Typically Tuesday & Wednesday onsite, 3 days remote)
Pay Rate: $31.06/hr
Duration: Contract until Jan 2027

Our client, a leading off-price retailer, is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support digital, print, social, and in-store marketing initiatives. This is a highly hands-on role focused on creating, resizing, refining, and preparing assets that support national marketing campaigns and customer-facing communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and resize digital marketing assets including email graphics, website banners, social media content, and paid advertising materials
• Support print and in-store creative materials including signage, promotional pieces, and visual merchandising assets
• Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print channels while ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
• Execute creative direction from senior designers and marketing partners while incorporating feedback efficiently
• Support seasonal campaigns across multiple channels and formats
• Organize and maintain creative assets and shared file systems
• Crop, retouch, and optimize product photography and marketing imagery
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, e-commerce, and creative teams to support business needs and project deadlines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment
• Support quick-turn revisions, updates, and production requests as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-6 years of graphic design, production design, or visual design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines while maintaining creativity and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Retail, consumer products, e-commerce, or marketing design experience preferred
• Recent graduates with strong portfolios and relevant internship experience will also be considered
