Join Us at Jucebox. Bring Hospitality-Led Growth to Life.
Are you the kind of person who walks into a room and changes its energy? Do you study hospitality the way other people watch sports, with a list of dream hotels, favorite restaurants, and the chefs you admire already running in your head? Have you read books like Will Guidara's Unreasonable Hospitality not because you had to, but because you couldn't put them down? Do you have experience as an Event Manager, Event Coordinator, or Guest Experience Manager? Then you've appropriately found your way to Jucebox.
We're a U.S.-based marketing, training, and brokerage platform for financial advisors. We're building a movement of Virtual Retirement Professionals: top 1% producers who treat every relationship as a hospitality moment, not a sales moment. And we're hiring an Events and Experience Manager to bring that same hospitality-led approach to life across our partner-facing event portfolio.
Quick honesty: this is a presence-led role in a high-performing, mission-driven team. The work has built-in chaos. People, vendors, last-minute changes, and high standards are part of every event. The right person craves it. If you'd rather have predictable, calm, repeatable work, this is the wrong role. If chaos energizes you and your idea of a great day is making people feel something extraordinary, keep reading.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end logistics, agenda, run-of-show, and on-site experience for Jucebox Partners' event portfolio: the Grove (twice yearly partner gathering), Jucebox Live (ticketed client events), the Elite Summit (top-tier partner trips), and the Elite Club Trip (international, top-producer destinations)
- Curate the experience itself: hospitality moments, gifting execution, surprise-and-delight, branded merchandise distribution, and the staging of every guest-facing moment so it lands with the weight it deserves
- Communicate across every channel: website content, email invites and logistics, SMS hospitality strategy and live response, internal Slack coordination, on-site signage. Content, voice, and timing are yours
- Project-manage design execution by collaborating directly with our designer; partner with our finance manager on event budget and post-event P&L
- Build and own the playbook: SOPs, run-of-show templates, a curated inventory of thoughtful items ready to deploy at the right moment, plus internal after-action reports and an attendee feedback loop that drives continuous improvement
- Help shape Jucebox Live as a future direct-revenue stream once you've built the foundation (six to twelve months in)
What You Bring
- Best-in-class personal presence. Energy, poise, warmth, infectious magnetism. The kind of presence that elevates a room the moment you walk into it. People say things like "I love them," "they're so great," "they're wonderful," because that's what your presence makes them feel. This is non-negotiable
- A genuine love for the craft of hospitality. You already follow chefs, hoteliers, restaurateurs, and event producers. You already have opinions about Nashville restaurants and dream hotels and you can articulate why
- 3 to 5 years in hospitality, event management, or client experience. Boutique hotels, restaurant private events, luxury brand events, or premium club experience all map well
- Operational discipline behind the warmth. You can build an SOP, document a run-of-show, work the budget with finance, and ship the post-event report on time
- Comfort thriving in chaos. Even when the systems are dialed, residual chaos is part of the work. If that environment energizes you, this is your seat
- Luxury awareness with cost-discipline. The mindset is luxury or high-end experience; the execution is cost-effective. Not luxury at any cost, but quality moments delivered through disciplined budget stewardship
- Hungry-learner habits. When we hand you a book, you make time, take notes, and come back with implementation ideas. Not a summary
- A strong desire to travel as the event footprint grows
You don't need to have come from a luxury background, but you need to want to study it, produce it, and specialize in the moments between the moments: the high-end communications, the personal touches, the speed and excellence of service, the unscalable, the unreasonable hospitality.

How to Apply
Resumes are great. What matters most is your video submission. Tell us a story of a time you went out of your way to create an extra special experience for someone, what you did, how you thought about cost, why you did it, and how the guest responded. Tell us about a book, a chef, a hotelier, or a venue whose work has changed how you think about hospitality. Show us how you communicate, how you carry yourself, and how you make people feel. This role is presence-led; the video is where we see whether the presence is real.
We're hiring deliberately and we're not in a rush. We will communicate at every step. If you're the right person, we'll know it, and so will you.
