Summer Camp for All: Financial Aid
We believe the opportunity to gain personal growth from summer camp should be accessible to all children, regardless of financial situation or socioeconomic status.
Our Summer Camp for All program ensures that nobody is turned away because of an inability to pay.

Registering before June 1st?
A minimum deposit of $100 (per week) is due at the time of registration, to secure your camper’s spot.
Payment plans: Balance payments can be split up and charged on a monthly basis if desired. Payment plans are set up through online registration. If you need assistance setting up a payment plan, please email info@campbernieymca.org. Balances are due by June 1st.
Registering after June 1st?
Registration fully closes the Wednesday prior to the start of the session. This includes add-ons like lunch, transportation, and after-camp lessons.
Registration after June 1st must be paid in full.
Overnight Camp
A minimum deposit of $175/single week or $300/two weeks (per session) is due at the time of registration, to secure your camper’s spot. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable for all programs.
Payment plans: Remaining balance payments can be split up and charged on a monthly basis if desired. Payment plans are set up through online registration. If you need assistance setting up a payment plan, please email info@campbernieymca.org. Balances are due by June 1st.
Flexible Payment Options
Once you’ve secured your camper’s spot with a registration deposit, you can choose the payment option that works best for your family. In the registration portal, you will have the options to 1) pay in full, 2) enroll in equal monthly payments with the balance due before June 1, 3) pay the remaining balance in full by June 1, or 4) await the outcome of your financial assistance application.
