npm ERR! Could not resolve dependency:

npm ERR! node_modules/@nx/eslint-plugin
npm ERR!   dev @nx/eslint-plugin@"*" from the root project

Expected Behavior

success migration to storybook@v8 and no problem with upgrade other deps
