   1. Step 1: I-request ang Unique Subscriber Code (USC) sa iyong current network provider.

   2. Step 2: I-present ang iyong USC sa iyong preferred network provider at kumpletuhin ang steps for new account subscription

   3. Step 3: Hintayin ang notification after successful MNP process at new account activation

Once matanggap at ma-confirm ng iyong current network provider ang iyong MNP application, makukumpleto ang activation process sa loob ng 24 to 48 hours.

Magkakaroon ng maximum four (4) hours service interruption (no voice, SMS & data) para makumpleto ang activation ng iyong new subscription.

Lahat ng iyong subscriptions including prepaid load balance, rolled-over data MB, GigaPoints, Value Added Services (VAS), Smart-related rewards, at iba pang add-ons ay mag-eexpire automatically once the mobile number porting process is approved and activated.

Walang limit sa dami ng beses sa pag-apply for MNP. However, pwede lamang mag-apply ulit after 60 days from the last successful porting activation.
