  Near release candidate for WFOPT.NET 0.1.0. Fixed a bug that was marking successful results as invalid. Everything is more or less documented now, but there's still a bug with respect to the way SigilParser handles shorthand options with embedded arguments that needs to be fixed.

  Added purge-nuget.bat and purge-nuget.sh to remove stale WFOPT.NET packages from the local nuget cache. Put some more work into NuGet packaging, including adding an SPDX license expression to convey the licensing. Added more to the readme so that it is more complete, including the terms of licensing and how to deal with stale nuget packages.

  Fixed up repeat tracking code; added unary option support (not completely fleshed out). Added nuget package generation. Updated readme to actually reflect this project.

  Added OptionFormatter and Two-Line formatter. Added support for switches, updated example accordingly. Fixed some issues with the Option set iterators that prevented them from working correctly. Fixed the Result fixup code so that it actually captures missing required arguments.
