Useless shebangs should be removed

I'm packaging mmpython for Ubuntu (and eventually
Debian) and the package checking tool (lintian)
complains about a few files having a shebang although
it's not needed. Would you mind removing them?

The concerned files are:
-> __init__.py
-> audio/m4ainfo.py
-> disc/CDDB.py
-> disc/DiscID.py

Syntax error in mkv parser (mkvinfo.py, compute_len)

Due to a bug in compute_len, mminfo failed to show
information on some .mkv file.

It looks like dependency on xml.utils is not checked in
the installer - so despite python setup.py install is
completed, mmpython still doesn't work because of
missing dependency. It can surely confuse a hell of
novice users (trying, say, to install freevo).

MPEG1 in VCD

For a old-fashion VCD. The MPEG1 files are
names .DAT. The mmpython can not recognize them
even they are renamed with suffix .mpg. (mmpython
report CDXA with mime=application/x-wave; it could be
right, but the metadata can not be retrieved.)

MediaInfo.unicode can throw UnicodeDecodeError

When the MediaInfo class's __unicode__ method is called
(e.g., when passed to unicode()), an uncaught exception
can occur when one of MediaInfo's attributes is encoded
as latin_1 and contains an ordinal character higher
than 128. Specifically, on line 156 of mediainfo.py,
unicode(self[b]) apparently throws the exception before
being fed via string substitution into the string on
the previous line.

To reproduce, one can run mminfo (or run the parse()
function) on "donnie_hi.mov", a trailer for "The Sims
2". This file should be available through the website
http://thesims2.ea.com/ or via a Google search for
"donnie_hi.zip".

Does not find length of M4A songs

Version 0.4.7 after being massaged to compile on Mac OS 10.3.7
does not correctly compute the length of songs in M4A
format. It works for OGG and MP3 files.
