Tools needed for the developer of a module.
The developer shold have a set of tools to use to build
his/her interface in the admin part. This means,
functions for fetching variables (get, posts), layout
of forms (input, textarea, select, radiobutton,
checkbox, submit button), "zebra rows", get/post
debugging, page-top layout, page-bottom layout, page
box-layout, etc.
