I think it would simple and very useful to have a feature which inserts a blank page between calendar pages. Obviously this is mainly useful for picture style calendars. Related to this, it should be possible (I don't see that it is) to create a calendar in a portrait document where the calendars are sideways in landscape orientation. This is the only way to print a conventional calendar format in Indesign that I am aware of.
