Compatibility with Python3.12

Hi all,

Thank you for this great deep reinforcement learning library, which includes solid implementations of PPO and other stuff that have been crucial to my research career so far. However, I would like to inquire whether there are any plans for future maintenance of the library. I use this library as the main engine for our research in neuro-symbolic decision-making (it has been used in 2 accepted CORE A* publications so far), but now I am worried that I will need to switch to another maintained engine.

Are there any plans to work on the framework, or at least plans for extension towards newer versions of Python/TensorFlow?
