Hi Guys, would anyone happen to know what the usual response time from GitHub support is regarding abuse reports. I've reported a couple of phishing pages and malicious repos on GitHub and its been almost a month with no response yet from the team.

Honestly, a month is pretty normal for GitHub's abuse queue it's not the fastest team to respond, especially for phishing and malicious repo reports. Not ideal, but that's just how it is.
One thing to check did you use the "Report abuse" button on the page itself? If so, you might not have a ticket to follow up on. Try going through github.com/contact/report-abuse instead, at least then you get a confirmation you can reference if you need to follow up. Also worth just checking if the content is even still up GitHub doesn't always tell you when they've acted on something, so it might already be dealt with and you just never got a notification. If it's still there and you're getting impatient, reply to the confirmation email from your original report or open a new ticket pointing back to it. That usually works better than just waiting around.
