Add an option to pin frequently used repositories on the GitHub logged-in home page.

Problem

When users open GitHub while already logged in on a web browser ex. Chrome, they often want to quickly access the repositories they work on most frequently.

Currently, users usually need to go to the repository list, use search, or rely on recent activity to find a repository. This adds extra steps, especially for developers who work on the same few repositories every day. (The left side list of repos are random and just annoying because they donot list the frequently used repos)

Proposed Solution

Add a Pinned Repositories or Favorite Repositories section on the GitHub home page.

Users should be able to manually pin repositories from:

• The repository page
• The repository list
• The GitHub home page/dashboard

Pinned repositories could then appear directly on the logged-in home page for quick access.

Example User Flow

1. User opens GitHub while logged in.
2. User sees a Pinned Repositories section on the home page.
3. User clicks a pinned repository and opens it directly.
4. User can add or remove pinned repositories anytime.
