Documentation says it's Windows only, but it works fine on Mono

I didn't encounter any issues using mono v4.2.1 and fsharp v4.0 on GNU/Linux.

I think there were some issues with F# Formatting in the past, but it got a lot better.

Can you send a PR updating the documentation?

Should probably wait for more input on this as I only wrote a few words without much formatting or anything advanced.
