I just looked into this on a whim, and I was surprised to find that this was actually released a month ago! Specifically, remote config support was added to Windows in #18006, merged Feb 10th, and rolled out in firebase_remote_config 6.2.0 on March 2nd.

Hi, thanks for the request (and for the follow-up from @lukemmtt)! Good news: Windows support for Remote Config was added in #18006 (merged Feb 10) and released in firebase_remote_config 6.2.0 on March 2. Please upgrade to 6.2.0 or later and you should be able to use Remote Config on Windows. Closing this as resolved — if you hit any Windows-specific issues with the new implementation, please open a fresh issue with a minimal repro. Thanks!
