Binary tree search problem with canonical data

At /exercises/binary-search-tree/canonical_data.json at the case with the description "insert data at proper node" it has subcases with no reason and it makes difficult to make a template in python track. We should make the subcases unique cases. Please inform me if I can make a Pr for this

Why is the case group "insert data at proper node" a problem if "can sort data" is not? Both are nested case groups.

IMO this feels like a case for improving the Python test generator, if that's the problem, not changing the canonical data.

I looked into the issue @tsamoglou was experiencing, it seems to be a matter of using the generator template incorrectly. No changes are required in problem spec.
