Container can not be composed

Running docker compose up --build -d fails with Error: module 'inspect' has no attribute 'getargspec' likely due to the Python version defaulting to 3.11 and newer, where 'getargspec' does not exist as described in https://community.render.com/t/error-module-inspect-has-no-attribute-getargspec/18301
With Python version 3.10, it works.

Either hardcode Python version 3.10 to be used in the example container or suggest using Python 3.10 in the tutorial. For this, merge #19592 on the https://github.com/docker/docs repo.
