Russian translation

Hi there, I'd like to contribute my Russian translation for Keka 1.0.12. All the required files are ready, I just don't know how to submit them correctly for a Git project (I'm new here). If a separate folder for a new language has to be created in master branch first, would you please do so, and I'll supply the translation.

I can do it for you if you want, just zip the files and drop them here in a comment.

Otherwise, you need to fork this project, then create the corresponding ru.lproj inside the Translations folder and finally create a pull request.

I'm working on the windows size, so all text will fit with no problem. Don't worry much about that.
