Today in Paris, 19-year-old Paul Seixas crosses the final finish line in 4th place overall, after three weeks of absolute grit and one day in the White Jersey 🤍 But this triumph isn't just about the final summit. The momentum for this massive three-week project was set early on by Olav Kooij, who delivered a spectacular sprint victory in the very first week. In business, just like in a Grand Tour, a successful final deliverable is never a solo effort. It is the result of diverse talents executing their specialized roles flawlessly. A new Adecco report, published today, highlights how much ground many organizations still have to cover - and the urgent need for workforce strategies that keep pace with technological change:  - 42% of surveyed organizations do not have an AI policy in place  - Less than half (44%) of leadership teams have participated in tailored AI training over the past year The encouraging news? Employees are ready to embrace change. 86% say they are flexible and willing to adapt to using AI at work. However, employers need to do more to bring people along on the transformation journey. The findings point to a growing disconnect between employees and leaders on AI:  - 77% of employees say they would be comfortable collaborating with an AI agent as part of their job  - Yet only 27% have been actively involved by their employer in shaping how AI is transforming their work At the same time, many organizations lack the foundations needed to capitalize on AI-driven growth:  - 42% do not provide formal AI reskilling or upskilling programs  - 23% do not have an AI policy in place As AI reshapes the industry, organizations that invest in skills, adaptability, and employee engagement will be best positioned to succeed. Olav Kooij claimed his first Tour de France stage victory this week! 🚴♂️ A mass sprint against the fastest riders in the world, decided by a few centimeters.
