Adds the Filter before the location of the specified Filter class. Variant that is leveraging Kotlin reified type parameters.

Example:

@EnableWebSecurity
class SecurityConfig {

    @Bean
    fun securityFilterChain(http: HttpSecurity): SecurityFilterChain {
        http {
            addFilterBefore<UsernamePasswordAuthenticationFilter>(CustomFilter())
