Roth 401K or Roth IRA

有一些Roth 401K，在考虑转到 Roth IRA。问了AI，好像除了401K 里可能有些low-cost institutional index funds，还是转到 Roth IRA 更灵活。想问问大家有没有别的经验或者看法？谢谢。
