DW Akademie is looking for a Regional Media Development Consultant, Moderator and Trainer (f/m/d) for remote work with regular travel throughout the Middle East (Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, and potentially Yemen).

DW Akademie’s Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Team is looking for an expert (m/f/d) who can provide consultancy, training, and moderation services in our projects in accordance with the following Terms of Reference (ToR). The expert will primarily contribute to the strategic development, operational implementation, and continuous improvement of projects in countries including Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, and Yemen. The person will also facilitate training sessions and moderate workshops, meetings, and events as required.

The volume of work will depend on project needs and will not exceed a total allocation of up to 110 working days in 2026, up to 40 working days in 2027, and up to 40 working days in 2028, covering all tasks combined.
