Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros What I like most about Foxit PDF Editor is how easy it makes everyday document work. I can edit PDFs, mark up drawings, add comments, and combine multiple files without having to start over in another program. It's especially useful when reviewing project drawings or making corrections before sending documents to clients. I also like that I can handle most of these tasks in one place, which saves time and makes the whole process less stressful. I love Foxit PDF a lot mainly because it helps me to create and edit PDF files of very good quality, with the help of this platform I can design a PDF file from scratch, then I will mention the positive things that this platform has: 1.- The mobile phone application works great, it allows you to create a PDF file from scratch, you can change all kinds of fonts, insert images inside the PDF file, search for words or whole phrases, and it also allows you to use the signature digital within each PDF file you have created. This mobile application has very little weight inside the phone, in addition, you can print all the PDF files by connecting your phone to the printer. 2.- I love the word search system and whole sentence search of this platform, because if I am looking for a specific phrase within a PDF file that has many pages, the word search system works wonderfully, and allows me to find specific phrases or words quickly, I really love your search system, it allows you to find a word quickly. 3.- It has a free trial version that, despite the fact that it lasts a few days, we offer you all the important functions of this platform, in addition, this free trial also allows you to use the PDF file document conversion system, I consider it to be proof that Twitter is very useful for new users. 4.- I also love that the PDF file editor has very attractive prices, this platform is one of the cheapest I've seen for creating and editing PDF files, it offers me prices that have saved me a lot of money within our company, as I had previously been using other PDF editing platforms that cost more than 80% of what Foxit PDF does. 5.- The PDF file document conversion system works wonderfully, it is capable of converting any PowerPoint or Microsoft Word document to a PDF file in a matter of seconds, in addition, it also allows you to share several documents simultaneously. Easy to navigate thru the tools/features Awesome customer service and response time The editing software is hands down the best I've used so far. Easy navigation and tools. Best pdf editor product way better than Adobe by far and more tools and options. I love that it does everything I need at a fraction of the cost of Adobe! All of the features that I need are there. Cons The main thing I dislike is that some of the tools can be a little difficult to find at first, especially when switching between different editing options. Working with large PDFs can also feel slower than expected sometimes. I would like to see a simpler interface and smoother performance when handling large drawing sets. Overall, it works well, but a few improvements would make everyday use more convenient. The main negative things I have noticed about this PDF editing platform were: 1.- The main negative point of this platform is that there is no way to use the digital signature or electronic signature when you subscribe to a premium version within this platform, the digital signature function works individually and is not integrated into the first day Zapata forms, for which I consider it very negative since it would be excellent if the digital signature system is integrated into the premium plan, since it is very necessary to sign PDF files or contracts in PDF files that are very important. Despite the fact that the digital signature plan and the premium plan of this PDF file platform are very cheap, I consider that it has to be integrated into the Foxit premium plan. 2.- Another of the negative things about this platform is that the web version does not allow collaborative editing of files, therefore, if I am creating a PDF file and I need collaboration to avoid the PDF file simultaneously with the work team, it can't do that if i'm using the cloud version. Currently the only way to work collaboratively and edit PDF files together, using the Mobile Phone version or the download version for computers for Windows or for MacOS. I have no complaints so far. I find this program very easy to use. Haven't found anything other than the eraser tool. Nothing ever erases. Nothing that I can think of...there are multiple tiers, so it's good to know that if I need additional features, I can just purchase the next tier package.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There is really only one categorical difference between this and the product from the big, monster “A” company. For high volume signatures, sending out documents where you create the signature requirement, or the single most broadly accepted digital signature standard globally, the big “A” corporation is the only option. But unless you are a medium to larger corporation, you will discover with research — that that level of signing ability and document control is very rare for anybody else to require. And there is nothing that PDF-XChange Editor Pro can’t do, down to an incredibly deep level of PDF document structure and control, until you get again to the very deepest level of the big “A” corporation. All other levels of document control in PDF format and document signing can be done with this application. And their business model and purchase format is infinitely more honest and simple than the other option that I keep mentioning. PDF-XChange Pro offers excellent value for money, fast performance, powerful editing tools, OCR, custom stamps, digital signatures, and reliable handling of large technical PDF drawings. This software is the gold standard for PDF edits, management, works. It’s all there and it’s no fuss, comes without fancy pictures and blinking images. It is fast and stuff is found where it should be, it is intuitive. I have been using it for 10 years and would always insist on it on every new machine. A lot of features easy to use, reliable, acceptable license price for a self employed user as am I. Do mostly electronic signatures and compiling documents from various sources and formats into one final pdf document. I use the PDF-XChange Editor only for the same editing features available in Acrobat Reader, so I can't provide a review of its PDF content editing capabilities. PDFX is far superior to Acrobat as well as the other PDF reader/editor apps that I tried for the features that I need. It has a complete set of tools, capabilities, and personalizations, and they are easy to customize. If anyone has ever tried to create a quick toolbar in Acrobat then you know how tedious it can be. You need to go through a tree structure about four times for EACH item that you want to add to the toolbar. Acrobat requires that you click on Comment in order to get the Comment toolbar at the top of the window every time that you open a file, but not PDFX. PDFX has a customizable ribbon and a customizable Quick Access toolbar that functions and looks like that of Word and Excel. Not Acrobat. In short, PDFX has a UI that will be familiar, standardize UI that you find in many programs, which Acrobat does not have. Cons There’s nothing I don’t like. The Pro level is a very large tool set, and despite this - is relatively easy to use, but it is not quite a point-and-shoot system, which is not surprising given that this is a serious tool set, which really doesn’t leave you missing anything in the kit at all. It also has the rare ability, important for me, to use one or more developer AI API keys and this was a critical smart choice that Tracker Software made. I would appreciate an option of an iOS/iPadOS environment as this is a common method of on-the-road, mobile PDF handling and is probably the only lack in Tracker Software’s tool set. That and MacOS, but that last isn’t a concern for me. There is no dedicated angle measurement tool, but angles can still be measured indirectly using a workaround. Some issues with the OCR function sometimes. No possibility to clip inserted images, this would be a great addition. Currently no possibility to cut from PDF except using a rectangle shape. Shapes should be flexible, and rotating cut (screen cut) shapes would be great. I have not experienced any problems during many years of use, except for minor difficulties when reinstalling my PC, when, despite using a single license, I exceeded the permitted number of licenses, probably due to repeated reinstallations. However, technical support resolved this issue within minutes to my complete satisfaction. I haven't found anything that I don't like in the three months or so that I have used it every day.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros User friendly software; the icons are tiny and not labeled but the labels pop up when mouse pointer is moved over the icon; good options to export to other formats; I like the OCR recognition feature which works fine; software works as expected; no bugs; good pricing. I think there are three pros to this tool. 1. This is the first real free PDF editor I've ever used. It is 100% free to edit text and images in PDF documents. 2. The interface is very beautiful and eye-catching which is quite different from other PDF tools. 3. The performance is good. Cons Very tiny icons which are not labeled; cannot cut-and-paste selected areas of a page; no phone customer support; had to send 5 emails before they responded; promised me one year use of UPDF AI but I never got to use it since they only gave me 2 weeks with a warning that they would automatically charge my credit card; scary customer support since they have no phone number of address in the U.S. Only in China. It is rather new in the market. At first, I don't trust it as I have never heard of it. But once I tried it, I begin to love it.
