1. About AOS

"Atomic OS is a responsive Web 2.0 operating environment & development platform. Based on AJAX techniques, it emulates/provides standard operating system features including a command-line shell, interpreter, filesystem, database access and GUI services."

2. New Website

In August 2007, the project homepage has moved to the Atomic OS project administrators' website at http://www.psema4.com/

This allows additional integration with other web-based developments being worked on.

3. First Draft of the Atomic OS Manifesto

An initial draft of a Manifesto for this project has been posted at http://psema4.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=24&Itemid=2

Comments on this early version would be most appreciated.

4. Alpha Release Checklist

As development continues on the Atomic OS core, it looks as though we'll be able to move out of the pre-alpha stage soon. This list mentions the major items that need to be looked at for the alpha and beta releases.
