This site is for sharing personal open source software contributions and notes on: Scheme & Racket, Linux, Emacs, Privoxy, Smalltalk (my first open source), and eBooks.

News: In July 2026, I'm looking for the right tech co-founder, founding engineer, or similar startup-ish role.

I do hands-on AI, frontend, backend, mobile apps, meticulous coding for things that absolutely must work, infrastructure, product and requirements, systems analysis, project management, process and culture, building unusually effective small teams, embedded factory appliances, etc.

I was a programmer kid, then learned professional software engineering, then got a couple degrees (CS, AI & HCI), then mostly been working in startups and startup-like environments.

I'm currently based in Cambridge/Boston, USA, and open to relocating to some cities (SF Bay Area, Portland, Providence, maybe NYC or others).
