On http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/license.html
it is mention that we can not sell the binaries of the gnu win32 utilities. Is this requirement not a violation of the GPL? It seems to clearly contradicts http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#TOCDoesTheGPLAllowMoney

Since the FSF is the copyright holder of many of the GNU win32 programs, have they expressed an opinion?
