* Installed binary distribution of Cocoon 2.0.1

* Fresh installation of Tomcat.
* Cocoon 2.0.2-dev, compiled from current CVS
= Does not work. java.exe runs forever, when accessing the
http://localhost:8080/cocoon/ page, eating CPU time.
